Media Whims is an AI-powered video content management platform that provides tools for video analysis, thumbnail generation, content organization, and other AI-assisted features. The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access AI features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Credits and Payments

The Service uses a credit system for AI features:

• Credits can be purchased as one-time packages or through subscriptions
• One-time credit purchases do not expire
• Subscription credits are refreshed monthly and unused credits may roll over according to your plan
• All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Storage Limits

Each plan includes storage for videos, thumbnails, images, and screenshots:

• One-time credit purchases include limited storage (10 MB)
• Subscription plans include storage based on tier (1 GB - 50 GB)
• Exceeding storage limits may result in inability to upload new files
• We reserve the right to delete files if your account is inactive for 12+ months

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Upload content that violates YouTube's Terms of Service (if using YouTube integration)

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the Service. AI-generated content (thumbnails, descriptions, etc.) created using your content belongs to you.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• YouTube API (for video imports and uploads)
• Google AI / Gemini (for AI features)
• Stripe (for payment processing)

Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, APPROPRIATE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT BEFORE USE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be revoked
• Unused credits will be forfeited
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• You may request a copy of your data before deletion

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
